You're Invited! A New Community Drumming Group in North Manchester

Hi everyone,

I'm delighted to share that Drum Therapy Collective CIC will soon be launching a new community drumming group in North Manchester, and we'd love to invite you to join us!

These sessions will bring local people together through the joy of rhythm, music and shared experiences. Whether you'd like to meet new people, try something creative, improve your wellbeing or simply enjoy an hour of drumming, you're very welcome.

No musical experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome. We'll provide a range of drums and percussion instruments, so you can simply turn up and join in.

Our vision is to create a friendly, inclusive community space where people from different backgrounds can connect, have fun, express themselves through music and enjoy making rhythms together.

Session details:

• Location: Avenue Library, 9 Victoria Avenue East, Blackley, M9 6HW

• Date: 12th of January (Tuesday), 2027, then every second Tuesday

• Time: 10:30-11:30 am

• Cost: Free

We hope this will become a regular opportunity for people in the local community to come together, enjoy music and build new connections.

If you'd like to attend, or if you know someone who might enjoy the sessions, please get in touch or share this invitation. Please, find the flyer attached.

We look forward to drumming with you!
