We’d love for you to join us this Wednesday for another uplifting session filled with rhythm, connection, and good vibes! A FREE drumming wellbeing course for unpaid Carers aged 65+ and the people they care for. Join us for 3 fortnightly sessions of group drumming, singing and sharing stories through music. The sessions offer a safe space to connect with others, boost confidence, learn new skills, and improve overall wellbeing for carers and their loved ones through creative expression and gentle physical activity.
